Backyard HOAmstead Refund Policy

We appreciate your support of Backyard HOAmstead. Because workshops involve limited seating and advance preparation, the following refund policy applies.

Workshops

More than 14 days before the workshop

You may:

  • Receive a full refund, or

  • Transfer your registration to another available workshop.

7–13 days before the workshop

You may:

  • Transfer your registration to another available date, or

  • Receive a refund minus a 10% administrative fee.

Less than 7 days before the workshop

Workshop fees are non-refundable.

If space is available, we may allow a one-time transfer to a future workshop at our discretion.

No-Shows

Participants who do not attend a scheduled workshop without prior notice are not eligible for a refund or credit.

Workshop Cancellation by Backyard HOAmstead

If we cancel a workshop due to weather, instructor illness, insufficient enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstances, you may choose either:

  • A full refund, or

  • Transfer to another workshop date.

Consultations

Consultations canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund or may be rescheduled.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.

Physical Products

Unused products in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or an incorrect item was sent.

Refunds are issued after returned items are inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if an item arrives damaged or incorrect. We will work with you to replace the item or issue an appropriate refund.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of downloadable products, digital purchases are non-refundable once access has been provided.
